Yin and Yang Vegetarian Soup

One of the big bosses treated us dinner a couple of weeks ago.  We went to a vegetarian restaurant located in Coronation Plaza, Bukit Timah.  The place is called Miao Yi Vegetarian Restaurant.  Everything was yummy and you wouldn’t even think you’re eating vegetarian food.  I wasn’t able to take photos of everything that we ate though, because it was quite a big group and not everyone can wait while I take pictures of each dish served to us.  There were at least 8 dishes,  I think.

This “yin yang” dish here is actually a soup.  I was able to take a picture before it was served to everybody.  The waitress and my colleagues insisted that I take a picture coz the presentation is very nice.  I wasn’t able to get the exact name of the dish though.

Dishes like this inspire me to take online cooking classes. For starters, I am going to look into Culinary Schools in Ohio.org. It comes highly recommended.
