For ages I’ve been trying to gain weight. Finally last year, with a less stressful work and longer sleep hours, I was able to successfully gain a few pounds. You can tell by may face alone that I’ve become a little more round.
The photos above were taken from July 2011 to February 2012. Look at those cheeks. And that’s only the face. My tummy grew bigger too to the point that some people thought that I’m pregnant. At first, I didn’t really care about the preggy look. My husband wants to see me a bit chubby anyway. But now, I’ve been getting “advises” to maintain my weight but lose the bulging tummy. Well..I kinda look…different because of my tummy.
So now, I still eat as much as I can but I try to do some ab exercises at night and in the morning. I’m not sure though how quickly and how effective it’ll be. Any ideas?
